How does it work?

The premise is simple. Everyone knows something.
Misinformation can fill the gap in understanding left by a lack of knowledge. Your knowledge is important and when pooled with everyone else's it helps to build and clearer picture of what is factual and what is not.

The best part? You do not have to be a scientific genius, a cut throat journalist or a researcher at the leading edge or discovery.

As you navigate the web you will regularly come into contact with information, some true some not. Through Corroborate you can flag anything you know to either be true or false and can support your claim with evidence. The more evidence you provide the stronger your claim. Others can do the same and collectively, by validating or refuting the same content, we can begin to distinguish the facts.
